Why Did My Order Ship in Multiple Packages?
Some Doheny’s orders may arrive in multiple shipments or on different delivery dates. This is normal and often helps us get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Orders May Ship Separately Due To:
- Products shipping from different warehouses
- Hazardous material shipping requirements
- Oversized or freight items
- Inventory availability
- Carrier packaging restrictions
Multiple Warehouses
Doheny’s ships products from several warehouse locations throughout the United States. To help reduce delivery times, items may ship from the warehouse closest to product availability.
As a result, orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.
Pool Chemicals and Hazardous Materials
Certain pool chemicals must ship separately due to carrier and safety regulations.
This can result in:
- Separate packages
- Different tracking numbers
- Slightly different delivery schedules
Oversized or Freight Shipments
Large products such as pool covers, liners, reels, or equipment may require separate packaging or freight delivery methods.
Freight shipments may follow different tracking and delivery timelines than standard packages.
Tracking Multiple Shipments
You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order ships separately.
Please review all shipment confirmation emails carefully for the latest delivery information.
