Why Did My Doheny’s Order Arrive in Multiple Shipments?
If part of your order has arrived but you're still waiting on other items, there’s no need to worry. Some Doheny’s orders ship in more than one package so we can get your pool supplies to you as quickly as possible.
This article explains why orders sometimes arrive separately and how you can check the status of the remaining items.
Why Orders Sometimes Ship in Multiple Packages
Depending on the items in your order, products may ship from different warehouse locations or require separate packaging. When this happens, packages may arrive on different days even though they were purchased in the same order.
Common reasons orders ship separately include:
- Items shipping from different warehouse locations
- Larger products that require their own packaging
- Products packaged separately to prevent damage during shipping
- Items that become available at slightly different times
How to Check the Status of Your Order
You can check the shipping status of your order in a couple of ways depending on how the order was placed.
Orders Placed While Logged Into Your Account
- Visit www.doheny.com.
- Sign in to your account.
- Open your Order History.
- Select the order you would like to review.
- View the tracking numbers listed for each shipment.
If your order shipped in multiple packages, each shipment will appear separately with its own tracking information.
Orders Placed as a Guest
If you checked out as a guest and did not create an account, you can still look up your order using the Guest Order Lookup page.

You will typically need your order number and the email address used during checkout to locate your order details.
If Part of Your Order Has Not Arrived Yet
If some items have arrived but others have not, we recommend checking the following:
- Review your shipping confirmation emails for additional tracking numbers
- Check the carrier tracking page for the latest delivery updates
- Confirm whether additional packages are still listed as in transit
In many cases, the remaining shipment is already on the way and scheduled to arrive shortly after the first package.
