Returning an Item to Doheny's
At Doheny's, we want you to feel confident and supported throughout your purchase experience. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below to ensure the return process is completed smoothly.
Step 1: Contact Customer Care
Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Care Team so we can review your order and provide proper return instructions.

Return Timeframe & Fees
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- If the item is being returned for any reason other than damage or defect, a $25.50 return label fee will be applied and deducted from the refund.
- A 20% restocking fee may also be applied to items returned within the 30-day period that are not in brand new, unopened, and unused condition.
- Items must include all original parts, packaging, and manuals.
Special Return Restrictions
Special return restrictions apply to Fluidra company brands including:
- Zodiac
- Polaris
- Jandy
- Aqua Products
Please contact Customer Care for specific instructions when returning these products.
The following items are not returnable:
- Opened or installed pool liners
- Opened paint or chemicals
- Diving boards
- Drilled solar reel systems
- Clearance items
- All custom orders
Self-Return Shipping Option
Customers may also return items using their own shipping method.
- Place the item in its original carton when possible.
- Include your contact information, order number (if available), and the reason for the return.
- Ship the package to the address below.
