How to Cancel a Doheny's Order
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. Because Doheny's works hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, there is often only a short window of time in which an order can be cancelled before it is prepared for shipment.
Requesting an Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible so we can check the status of your order.
- Contact Doheny's Customer Care immediately after placing your order.
- Our team will check whether the order has already been allocated to a warehouse.
- If the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we will cancel the order and stop processing.
If the cancellation request is received before the order is processed, the payment authorization will be released and no charge will be completed.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still have a few options depending on the shipment status.
Package Reroute Option
In some cases, we may be able to request a delivery reroute through FedEx before the package arrives.
- FedEx charges a $25.50 reroute fee for this service.
- This fee will be deducted from your refund if the reroute request is successful.
- Reroute requests are submitted to FedEx but cannot be guaranteed.
- You are only charged the reroute fee if the request is successful.
Returns and Refunds
If an order cannot be cancelled or rerouted, you may still be able to return the item once it has been delivered. Please refer to our return policy for full details regarding return eligibility and applicable fees.
