Warranty Replacement for Pool Covers
Doheny's pool covers, including leaf nets, winter covers, and solar covers, are backed by manufacturer warranties through D.E.I. (Doheny's Engineered Industries). If your cover appears to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you may submit a claim for review.

Step 1: Identify the Defect
Examples of issues that may qualify for warranty:
- Seams separating or stitching failure
- Material delamination in solar covers
- Manufacturing defects in cover fabric

Issues That Are Not Covered
The following issues are typically NOT covered under warranty:
- Tears, punctures, or rips caused during installation
- Damage caused by sharp edges or abrasive surfaces
- Bubble loss on solar covers caused by chemical imbalance
- UV damage caused by improper storage
- Damage caused by animals or environmental conditions
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

Step 2: Confirm Warranty Eligibility
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
- If a replacement cover is issued, warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.
- The purchaser must provide proof of purchase.

Leaf net covers & Winter Covers are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects such as seam or stitching failure during the covered period.

Step 4: Submit Your Warranty Claim
Once you have gathered the required information and photos, email your warranty claim to the manufacturer.

- Date of purchase
- Proof of purchase if available
- Description of the defect
- Photos showing the defect
